The Camino de Santiago from Sahagún to León is a five-day, four-night route, that runs through the heart of the Castile plateau. The characteristics of this route make it especially suitable for all those people who do not want to climb many slopes, but who wish to discover on foot the emblematic towns of this area of Spain.
From Sahagún, a beautiful medieval town, influenced by Mudejar art, the route crosses a landscape characterized by the presence of cereal crops and vineyards. On the tour you can visit villages such as El Burgo Ranero and Mansilla de las Mulas.
The trip ends in the walled city of León, where you will find many sights, such as the Cathedral, the Real Basilica of San Isidro or the peculiar building designed by Gaudí, la casa de Botines. In addition, throughout the tour, you can enjoy excellent traditional cuisine and taste exquisite wines.
